Borgo Sant’Anna: signature cuisine in the heart of the Langhe
Nestled in Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, Borgo Sant'Anna Restaurant is a place where nature, history, and cuisine meet in unique balance. Here, among Nebbiolo vineyards, hills shaped by generations of farmers, and a silence reminiscent of authenticity, a gastronomic project is born, combining deep roots with a contemporary vision.
Our kitchen
“Apt to become Barolo”: time, care, evolution
In our cellar, on the barrels where the Nebbiolo rests, a sign says it all: "Apt to become Barolo." It's a promise of transformation, the anticipation that precedes something memorable. Pasquale Laera's cuisine is similar: a cuisine that evolves, matures, and refines. Always balancing innovation with respect for tradition.
Flavors that unite North and South
Our menu is born from the encounter between the sea and the Langhe, between Mediterranean aromas and Piedmontese ingredients. A cuisine that is authentic, distinctive, and contemporary, without ever losing sight of its roots.
The colors that tell an identity
The Borgo Sant'Anna brand is brought to life by seven colors, seven circles arranged like a bunch of grapes, symbolizing the Langhe and the small village that welcomes us. Each color represents a part of our history.
A visual identity that combines aesthetics and meaning, recalling the circle that encloses the village and the cluster that represents its soul.
Orange, the roots that nourish us.
Green, the hills of the Langhe.
Yellow, our mood: light, easy, fun.
Red, passion and flavour.
Viola, the skin of Nebbiolo grapes, used to make Barolo DOCG.
Blue, the quiet that envelops the village.
Brown, the land, the history and the peasant culture.
